Default Quick tire help please - MPSC's, unidirectional?

Just went to my garage to start swapping my OEM wheels for my new track wheels fitted with MPSC's... noticed that both sides have the same pattern, meaning either wheel could go on either side, does this make sense (or did I get two pair or left shoes)?

Sorry for the newbie question but trying to wrap this up tonight.

MPSC have asymmetric tread, meaning that they have an inside and out side but they are not directional. There is no left/right tire.
