tire pressure for DE's

I'll be doing my first DE in March and would like to know what pressure I should set my tires at for the best results. I drive a 2002 996TT with 18" Michelin PS2's. Normal street pressure is 36 front, 44 rear.

I found good results at 38 HOT w/PS2s all around. Start at about 34 and bleed excess pressure when you come in. At 40 PS2s get greasy.
