Anybody know what might the offsets be on these? I found them on eBay.

They should be able to tell you. Have them send you part numbers. AFAIK, there is no such thing as an OEM 17x10 Cup II wheel. Biggest were 9s.

I think Dr No is right. The only Cup II sizes I know of are 7 & 9X17 with offsets of 55 for both.

I've got a pair of 8x17 with a 993 part number so those weren't the only sizes. I've yet to find what these came on though.

It would take a pretty healthy offer for me to let these go given that I just spent the money to restore them and haven't even put tires on them yet. I've got the 9's to go with them. I would have to replace these with something else for the track.

Those are Design '93 wheels, they were available in 7, 7.5, 8 & 9 x17 sizes.

if you measure face to face instead of across the bead(which is the standard way of measuring the wheels) you get almost 1" more.
