Default Pirelli tire coating, how do I get this stuff off.

My new set of P-Zeros have some sort of coating, preservative on them that is difficult to remove. Anybody else have the same problem and what did you use to get it off?

Thank you..

If it's on the sidewall, I use Stoners tire shine. Let it set about 5 minutes and wipe off. Wear rubber gloves because the first application/removal can get messy. It worked on my new tires, but if it doesn't on yours you are only out about $5 bucks or less.
