I'm looking at replacing my stock 5 spoke wheels for some HREs. (2000 black 996) Anyone have any experience with these wheels??

Here's what I'm looking at. (wheels will be black with polished lip) Opinions?

the first one....for sure....

 

i have the c21's on my gt3. i liked the looks of them. the only drawback was it took about 4 months to get them in. the wait put a sour taste in my mouth about the wheels, they look great on the car.

The 545.

 

there were some instances of hres breaking on the track...had them in my audi and never had any bad experiences

Any of the 5 spoke R series will look good on your ride. I had some 545's before the R's came out. Got a friend with some 847's on his 96 GTS. You'll be happy with the finish on yours.

 

I like the 545's - the lip will look good on your coupe, methinks. (they're one of the wheels I'm considering for my car)
