i'm a newbie 996 carrera 2 owner (1999), trying to determine what wheel size came with the car (turbo look 1 wheels)....i'm contemplating putting new tires on it (225/40/18front, 285/30/18 rear (265/40/18 currently) and don't want to go downstairs to pull off the center caps to find out (im at work).

7.5x18ET50 and 10x18ET65. RoW models/GT3 had 8x18ET52 and 10x18ET65. The offsets and sizes should be stamped on the outer wheel.

FWIW, ROW models had the same size/offset wheels as US models. However, the GT3 wheels were not Turbo Look I. They were Sport Design.
