Refinishing wheels

I have a set of Gotti 16 inch wheels I want to refinish. They are 3 piece wheels and are really cool looking, I could just get some knock offs but whats the point?

Does any one have any idea what I am looking at to get them done?

Does anyone know where I could get Chromed Fuches stripped and repainted/semi-polished? If so, how much on average does it cost per wheel?
