Slicks Dilema

Slicks Dilema
Hello,
I purchased a set of 996 GT2 wheels with Pirelli Slicks on them last year and not 100% sure what to do with the slicks that came on them. So looking for you help! The person that sold them to me, did not know how long their customer had the slicks for, but they are never used and still have stickers on them. So obviously I am a little concerned that I don't know their age. I am running in the Blue group at HPDE events and not sure I want to try using slicks yet also, I am happy and comfortable with R comps. So should I just give them a try or should I sell them and get new R Comps? Also can anyone convert the tire size into a street size for me? Not sure I can even use them since I am still AWD. The Fronts are 245/645/18 and the rears are 325/660/18. Lastly, if I were to try to sell them, what is a reasonable offer for these slicks? Thank you in advance.
PS - I have reached out to Pirelli to see if they could tell me the date of manufacture, but since their slicks are not DOT compliant, there is no date. That is what I was told if that helps.
