Julie, from what i have learned in the year i have owned this car, if you have the money, which hopefully you do, or even better yet, have the opportunity to do some preemptive repairs.... do them ASAP... John told me 3 months ago that my timing belt was gonna need to be replaced... Instead of 500 bucks through him i am paying 2500 that i didn't want to have to do... i say rebuild it if u can... (and have john put a 3.1L in while he's at it)

ich bin hier in deutschland.
well i hope the clutch worked out for you.
as for me, well the car is still in anaheim with my mom, if you have the time stop bye and have a look see. the car still won't pass smog and i cannot get the title till it does, i bought an afm from parts haven and still running rich. but i do miss my car a lot. i've seen quite a few 944 here but no turbo and poorly kept. wonder if they know 'bout rennlist? hmmm.....
well if you find time maybe you can stop bye my parents and see if there's anyway you might be able to tweek it a bit of at least find out what's causing it. the only mods i have is on the signatuter and i already re-installed the cat. i really want this car over here so i can see what'll do on the autobahn.
my dad's name is roland and he's usually home most of the day, they just live on wilken way and if you drive towards orangewood it's like the 3rd street onto your left and the house # is 212.

Would you please PM me the directions, and a phone number, so I can talk to your parents?
I'll see if we can be of any help, I'm so, so sorry, but I did try to find you! We had to send my car to Anderson Motorworks. I do need to know what you've had done. Off the top of my head, I'd say it's possibly the O2 sensor; did anyone tell you anything, when it failed smog?

I know...if there's anything I can do, I am doing it. Do your parents have the actual printout from the Smog station!? That would help the most, in correctly diagnosing your car, for the least amount of money.
