I got the update this morning! Can't believe my car is now only 83 miles away. My SA called and we already finalized my paperwork so I just need to sign and drive. Fingers crossed I'm not waiting at the VPC too long. There were 549 Porsches unloaded in SD so I'm not sure how long I'll have to wait...
Congrats!! Probably the longest 83 miles ever. Can you refresh my memory? Was your car one of the ones built in Jan - early Feb and affected by the China chip issue? If so, could you please share with us whether they replaced the chip in Emden or it still needs to be fixed at the dealer (like some of the earlier deliveries).
Also, where / how did you get a listing of the vehicles as part of the cargo?

My car was built on Feb 28th so I should have the new chip. My SA didn't mention anything about it but he did mention that there is a large backlog of incoming 911s all scheduled to arrive by the end of this month. I'm thinking some of these cars may be cars that were on hold due to needing the replacement chip.
Thanks @3uros . In your previous posting, how / where did you get the listing of the detailed of what vehicles were on King Quest?

This site offers one free search per day unless you pay for a membership. You input the ship name in the general search field. It takes a day or so after the ship departs to show the bills of lading .

Thanks for the schedule. It's going to be a relatively quick unloading for San Diego - it'll be there barely half a day. It's almost as short as their stop at Santa Marta. However, it's good for us eagerly awaiting for Jiuyang to sail onto Benicia.

But that means there may be thousand if cars to be dropped off at Benicia so that unload operation may take a while.

I don't think it will take them long to unload in Benicia, Jiuyang Blossom was loaded fairly quickly in Emden. I am most concerned about Jiuyang Blossom docking time slot in Benicia. The shipping transit time from San Diego to Benicia is around 2 days. I have yet to see any information on a docking schedule for Benicia.
My hope is Jiuyang Blossom is not parked off of Hunters Point in the bay for multiple days waiting for a scheduled berth time slot in Benicia. I have seen other vehicle carriers do this.
Dock it, unload, get through customs and get them on the trucks! I hope we don't see cars parked in Benicia for an extend period of time.
@OpieSF First off, sorry to hear of the delay. I see that you're located in Seattle. Purely conjecture but do you think the hold-up might be due to scheduling of trucks to transport the cars from Benicia to the PNW? I know myself and @n4v4nod are from PNW and our cars are on Jiuyang - which is expected to dock in Benicia next week ~04/23 - 04/24. I wonder if Porsche might be batching up PNW-bound cars until they have enough volume to transport them up the coast. Also, when was your build in case you were impacted by the chip issue? They shouldn't be replacing them at the ports anymore but at the dealer.
Good luck and we might be on the same truck next week. Fingers crossed!

First, I really appreciate all the kind words here. You're all amazing.
I was only trying to balance expectations with my post and to be honest, I don't really trust the tracker on the TYD page given how badly it matched the actual ship movement. Batching trucks makes a ton of sense logistically @Marin Vizsla .
My at-dealer date is currently the 24th, but it's moved back and forth from the 22nd to the 24th a few times. I've waited so long for this a few more days is fine, and to top it off I'll be out of town for the last 5 days of April so I may not be able to collect it until May 3 or 4 depending on my work schedule. So many mixed emotions.
