The 997.2 Carrera S is ideal for it's lightweight RWD chassis and 385hp DI motor that fixed all of the known issues with the 997.1 motor. Additionally, the LED front and rear lights and the updated Nav and center console sold me on locating the perfect 997.2 Carrera S. With hydraulic steering, tighter wheelbase and lighter weight, many prefer the 997.2.

I have owned this rare and loaded Cream White exterior with Natural Brown interior 911 Carrera S coupe for over 2 years. It took me close to one year to find this unique combination and I found this one in Atlanta in excellent shape. My job moves me to NYC next year, and I cannot take it with me. It has always been garaged, never seen snow, and has never seen the track.

The Porsche is currently located in Chicago with 53,xxx miles and I'm asking $48,997.

The exterior had a clear bra from day 1 on the front bumper and there is evidence (slight residue evidence-can be cleaned up) of a clear bra on the front fenders and hood. I would estimate that the clear bra on the hood and fenders was removed shortly before my purchase. There are only 2 rock chips on the hood, and only 2-3 notable chips on the front bumper. All 4 wheels were refinished by a specialist (Wheel Tech) this year (51k) and 4 new MPSS were installed. I had sport chrono package installed in 2015 and it includes all of the functionality except the wart.

The interior still smells like leather and the leather interior is a 9.5/10.

It has ONLY been serviced by the Porsche dealer, it passed PPI when I bought in 2014, and recently passed annual inspection at the dealer with no issues (9/16).

Prior to my ownership, it had the 40k service completed at Jim Ellis Porsche at 41k - 6 new spark plugs and oil change and all filters replaced. The following have been done recently:

-- 8/15, 49k: Annual oil service and dealer inspection. Sport Chrono package installed ($1500+ installed). All functions of Sport Chrono without wart - Loeber Porsche
-- 4/16, 51k: 4 brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires (305 rear), refinish all 4 wheels, properly machined lip - Wheel Tech (over $2000)
-- 9/16, 52.6k: Annual oil and brake fluid service - Loeber Porsche
--4 brand new floor mats in Natural brown (originals included)

The following options ($28k worth) from the factory:

-Cream White "special" color ($3000+ option)
-Brown Natural leather
-PDK
-Heated and ventilated front seats
-Bluetooth
-Navigation
-Bose high end surround
-XM
-Floor mats
-Universal Audio Interface
-Switch panel package painted Cream White with natural brown leather:
----Cream White Painted air vents with interior color leather vents
----Leather defroster trim(edge of windshield)
----Leather center channel speaker trim
----Cream white painted cupholder trim
-Instrument surround Cream White painted
-Trim strip around shifter painted Cream White
-Gear shift trim in Cream white
-Power comfort seats w/ Driver's memory
-19" Carrera sport wheel - refinished 2000 miles ago with new MPSS
-Porsche crest in headrest

The following have been added:
-Speedfilm clear bra when car was new
-Escort Passport 9500 radar/ laser system with stealth install and front and rear radar detectors and laser jammers
-Sport chrono package - sport, sport plus, launch control (added 2015) - no wart

All books, manuals and both keys are present.

The original owner was an orthopedic surgeon in Atlanta and put 40k on the car in 3 years. There is a slight hickey on the CARFAX (Minor damage reported, airbags did not deploy). In 2010 the original owner went off the road and scraped the rear bumper - the bumper cover was replaced and refinished by Jim Ellis Porsche, one of the handful of Porsche certified repair shops in the country. I spoke with the bodyshop prior to purchase and the repair was around $6k.

I am looking to sell the car by March and I'm open to offers. Car is currently located in Chicago and is not driven in the winter, however I am open to PPI and test drives for anyone serious. Please call or text me at 3 one two - 550 - 88-three-5 . Rennlist price $48,997

cool pics

Cream is as meticulous as they come and his car is in fantastic shape and will make someone happy. I'm slightly biased, but Cream White is one of the coolest colors for the 911, you just have to see it in person.

All the best to you Cream!

Thank you everyone for the compliments! The Cream white with natural brown combo (and condition of the car) is what made me jump for this one after searching for almost a year.

Seneca, thank you for the compliments and hope to still meet up with the local Porsche guys, had a lot of fun at the couple of meets you had organized -thanks!- and I love your Cream Turbo S and black GTS!

I've got a few people interested so I will update the status here if an offer is accepted.
