Aside from the aftermarket stereo, this 996 is completely stock (or OEM replacement parts) with a few very small cosmetic changes (smoked reflectors to replace amber, painted bump stops, etc).
All of the preventative maintenance has been completed for you, so, you can drive this vehicle without a care in the world. I have all records going back to 2011 in both paper and excel doc.
Recent Service (within last year): IMS Bearing, RMS, AOS, Clutch, Flywheel, Brakes Pads/Sensors, Rotors, and Transmission Mounts. ($5K+ in work completed). All work completed by RennSport KC (Porsche Specialist).
Previous Service (since 2012): Water Pump, Engine Mounts, Transmission Fluid, Serpentine Belt, Thermostat, Spark Plugs, Coils.
Reason for Sale: This has been an amazing vehicle, however, I'm consolidating vehicles and will be selling this and my daily driver to purchase a Porsche Panamera. I have a clean title in hand.
Tires are currently Michelin Pilot Sport 2 with (in my opinion) the best looking 996 wheels available (no scuffs - perfect condition). The tires probably have about 1 summer left of life in them.
Pictures provided are from the last couple years of my ownership. I know I owe you some interior pictures and can provide more current, but, no changes. Please text me and I can provide those.
Located in Kansas City, MO. Asking $23,999, which is a very fair price for this incredibly fun vehicle with all of the preventative maintenance done. Please advise of any questions - PM me and I will give you my cell.

Absolutely beautiful! If you weren’t consolidating I’d have a potential proposition for you.

More Information:
Here is the listing from about 1 1/2 years ago when I bought this vehicle - https://rennlist.com/forums/vehicle-...ed-seller.html
A few notes on the interior. You'll note a number of black scratches on the hard plastics - not uncommon. They're around the E brake, a few on the shifter, and some around the ignition. The drivers seat has a little bit of wear on the bolster and a portion of the seat is pulling away from the plastic - definitely fixable. Wasn't something that bothered me, so, I left it alone. On the back of the seats, a few scratches there, which show black under the gray paint - I think this is from the golf clubs/bag. Outside of those knicks, the interior condition is good. I condition the leather a few times a year, so, it's in really good shape.

Price drop to $22.5K. My wife is going to kill me if I don't sell this soon. Her Lexus has been banished to the driveway and I'm about to be banished to the couch if one of you guys doesn't come and buy this thing.
Just replaced the rear front lower control arms to the tune of $700 to replace a suspension rattle that popped up on hot days.
