The car is nearly 20 years old and is in a condition that is consistent with that age. There are a few scratches and dings throughout. While there are tons of 996s for sale, there aren't many manual c2 coupes with all of the big preventative maintenance already done. Let me know if there are any questions. Have you looked at any 20 year old cars lately? This car is not in a condition consistent with its age. The car looks to be in excellent condition, I wish my 2 year old car looked this good

There is some curb rash and dings and scratches that can't be seen in the photos. Nothing major. PDR and a good detail would fix most of the areas.

Nicely maintained and all of the ugly problems have been resolved! I'm interested. I'll send a PM later today.

I hope you do get your asking price, or close to it, but right now, unless it is a Turbo, C4S, or potentially an Aero Kit car, there are just too many of these out there to command top dollar.
It also doesn't help that KBB has your car listed at $15,500. I know that is not an accurate number for the car, but that is the first place people go for ammunition to not pay enough for something.
BTW, I usually would not comment on the price of a vehicle, but you were asking for feedback.

For what base 996s have been selling for, I think you may be priced too high by about $5K. You are in between low miles and high miles. You have all of the stuff taken care of which is good, but it is a fairly run of the mill 996 without a ton of options. Even aero kit cars on Bring A Trailer are not hitting $25K with the same amount of maintenance, and the people buying on BAT are insane.

I think the market for these cars has figured out that the examples that are still around (running) are the finer examples and they are for a REASON. The market is readjusting accordingly and I believe IMO that these 996’s have gone as low they are going to go. GREAT entry point into Carrera and still inexpensive..for now.
