This is the E46 M3 to have: Coupe, Manual transmission. It does have high km from my commute back and forth to work every day, which is mostly along the Henday and highways from Beaumont. The reason for selling is that we bought a B8.5 S4 as a better family sports car (wife doesn't like manual transmission). My plan was originally to drive it forever and then turn it into a track or race car, but my race cars seem to last longer than I anticipate. It comes with all the keys and manuals that it did from the factory.

Mods:
Bilstein Pss10 suspension
Factory Euro headers
Status Gruppe rasp pipe
Turner motorsports shark injector software mapped to not throw cat codes
VMR 18" CSL replica wheels
UUC shift selector rod
Clutch delay valve delete
Body colored bumper reflectors
Black kidney grilles and side grills
GROM audio USB (replaces the CD changer with a USB drive)

I'm sure it makes as much power as the Euro spec e46 as they were rated for 343 with the headers, but it probably makes a bit more with the current piping and software. The PSS10 is adjustable in dampening and ride height. The exhaust sounds really good to me and I know it's subjective, but I never really liked the tinny rasp of the E46 until I finished the headers and status gruppe piping on this car. There's a few cosmetic things and upgraded bushings etc. that I've put on over the years.

The bad:
It's a high mileage car and despite it's condition and performance I know that will scare some buyers away. The catless exhaust does carbonize the back of the car and it needs a good cleaning periodically. 1st gear doesn't engage fully unless the car is rolling; I drive around it by making sure to hit first before stopping or starting in 2nd. There are a couple spots of paint mostly on the front bumper that have been scraped, no dents though. It has been hit and repaired twice in Edmonton by Jim Young collision. Both times were the rear bumper and one time also included a repair to the rear driver quarter panel. Prior to my ownership it had $900 worth of work done in BC, but I don't know what that was.

Maintenance:
Basically routine maintenance was done regularly and when something else broke I replaced it with something better. For example the rear springs which all break on E46 M3s ended up with me installing a full PSS10 system. The dead cat in the factory header led me down the path of headers. Many of the bushings have been replaced and I have a very detailed list for prospective buyers. Most of the front suspension has been refreshed in the last couple years. It doesn't leak or smoke. I've been keeping an eye on the rear subframe regularly and I have the Turner reinfocement kit in a box that will come with the car in case it ever develops a crack. The tires are almost brand new, the oil is changed... the car is ready to go for the summer!

Spares:
Factory wheels with Blizzak tires
New Alternator
Basically any part that came off the car while upgrading that was still in good condition
Service tools include the valve adjusting tool and set of shims
Peak code reader

15,000 CAD (11,000 USD) If someone wants to negotiate down on price, I can move a bit... but the spares and tools won't be included.
