We are selling our 2004 911 Turbo Cabriolet. We have owned the car for a couple years and we have reluctantly decided to sell it to buy something with a manual trans. It does have a rebuilt title due to water leaking into the car because the convertible top drains were clogged. This caused the floor carpet to get wet and the car would not start. The insurance company came out and declared the vehicle a total loss because the car would not start and it had "water damage". We purchased the vehicle and cleared the convertible top drains. We replaced the body/alarm control module which is under the drivers seat and was the reason that the car would not start. We also has the new module sealed in a waterproof box so the same problem will never happen again. After that we had our mechanic do a tune up on the car which included changing the oil, replacing a vacuum line that had a small leak, replaced ignition coils, replaced the spark plugs, replaced the turbo heat shields, and replaced the mass air flow sensor. We also installed a new display screen in the climate control module. The car has a couple issues that didn't bother me but you may want to have fixed. The front bumper has some damage from parking stops(previous owner), the check engine light is on for two codes(P1126-oxygen sensor, P1133-unsure about this one), the rear spoiler motor doesn't work, and a couple of tears/cracks in the seats. Please come take a look at the car. The price is OBO so don't be afraid to shoot me an offer. The car is located in Pasadena MD.

When we first got it I saw that is said X50 on the option sticker under the hood. Unfortunately now the numbers have faded to the point where you can not read them. We are selling it as a non-X50 car but you are welcome to come check it out if you know what you are looking for.

You should have the same sticker in one of your owners manuals

Unfortunately the car didn't have any owners manuals when we bought it.
