Owner just informed us that:
1. The car has a wheel/tire protection plan through October 2020.
2. It has a paint protection coating applied when new.
3. One year service was just performed.
These are new information to us, we are not adjusting the price to reflect but are firm on $235K.

Owner probably just wants to make sure it goes to someone who is gonna drive it, not a collector who's gonna store it. Personally, I think it's a great build and a lower premium than anyone else out West here seems to be asking.

This is exactly right! Currently, the vehicle is pending sales to an enthusiast, with another enthusiast with an all-cash offer (both at full asking price) as back up.

First Buy had hiccup with financing above MSRP, we just approached the back-up Buyer but the vehicle is still available at the moment.

Burning Brakes
I'll have to pass on this one as I just happen to have an older one that is just getting broken in (9k miles). Otherwise..... Oh, yeah, I don't need two nor could I afford two. Of course IF I had two I wouldn't have enough time to drive both. Interested parties willing to help, please form a line...

It is the opportunity cost. Clients of certain caliber can secure a very low cost of funds and deploy capital for higher returns than in a car. Sorry, I teach business statistics in College and can't help but lecture LOL.
Also, my poor penmanship did not do Client justice. The issue was financing above MSRP; Client increased downpayment so issue is resolved.
Will PM.

Love this car and live just down the road from the owner. Just wish it was this time next year. Too much going on this year to add another car to the garage. Beautiful car and near perfect build for my taste.
