Great looking 991 at what appears to be a very attractive price.

I did not accept the dealer's attempt to repair the wheels. I insisted on and received four brand new perfectly matched Porsche wheels of exact size, type and part number that came with car. Rest assured all wheels are perfect. I believe they filed an insurance claim to cover.

With sport chrono, does it "auto-blip" to match revs on downshift? If so, is there a setting that allows heel-toe without auto-blip?

Sport and Sport Plus modes are selectable. I believe the "blip" you refer to is in the Sport Plus mode where the car maintains rpm's between shifts. Someone else may be able to explain better. Thanks for the question.
