There was three components to the cost: - the cost of the new guage face, the labor to open up the dash and the labor to code with the PIWIS. I received a quote from GMG to do the labor but can't recall how much it was.

Import duties are 2.85% of purchase price. Call Adam at tfx. He does these all the time. Then there is shipping involved. That is it.
If you want to change the cluster you can but I wouldn't. Anyone who has a gt3 knows that you don't even look at the analog gauge. It's there for retro look purposes and is unreadable. You look at the digital readout. If you don't have a gt3, look at the picture of the cluster and now picture trying to determine how fast you are going. When you are seated and driving it's very hard to do.
