I have owned this car since 2009. There were 3 previous owners. It is originally a U.S. car and I imported it to Canada, so it's very easy to import it back to the U.S. and I'm a short, all hwy, 45min drive from the NY State border.
I really enjoy driving cars but my real enjoyment comes from working on them. I have a big heated garage with a lift and have done extensive work on this car putting only 7K miles on it in 7 years.
During my ownership it has only been driven on dry summer days. It has a clean Carfax (which I just purchased) as well as a clean Car Proof and Carfax from 7 years ago when I bought the car.
Below is a list of the extensive improvements and modifications I have done while I have owned it. Most parts that have been replaced were done as while I was in there type of things - the car drove great when I bought it (I drove it home, 17 straight hours) and only had the typical oil leaks associated with air cooled engines and tired suv height suspension.
I have just completed an engine and transmission drop where every while you're in there part was replaced - it has no oil leaks. The clutch and flywheel were replaced with a LW Flywheel and clutch by a previous owner at 79K miles but due to a leaking RMS I felt it best to replace it now. The suspension work was done a few years ago, but looks like the day it was installed due to the low mileage I have put on it.

The hard back sport seats were sourced from a rennlister's lower mileage car and are in excellent condition. Please note all of the original parts that are included with the sale including the original seats in case you wanted to sell the sport seats.
At some point a previous owner had the car re-sprayed due to rock chips and it currently has several rock chips that have been touched up. The paint looks great in pictures, but a close-up examination reveals the stone chips. I had the front bumper resprayed so I could have the ugly bumperettes removed when I had the RS wing and front splitters painted to match the car. There is some patina on the trailing bottom edge of the wheel wells from driving.
The windshield has a small stone chip that happened on my drive home from purchasing the car. The rear window area had a small rust bubble, in the common right hand corner, when I bought the car, so when I got it home I cleaned it all away to the bare metal and painted it with touch up paint - most of it is under the weather stripping and it hasn't progressed in 7 years.
I have a binder of maintenance and part receipts and records as well as an excel file of the maintenance history.
This car is perfect for someone who wants a car that has had everything sorted out mechanically and wants to drive it and not worry about a stone chip or the mileage.
If you'd like to talk on the phone you can email your number and I'll call you back as I have a long distance plan or I can give you my number. Emails are probably better than pm as I can get them on my cell. Please use this email: my993forsale@gmail.com. I'd like to sell everything as a package so the buyer will have right of first refusal on the seats. I'm not in any rush to sell and not interested in trades. Thanks - Steve

Yep, cars priced to move on this site, move quickly.
Unfortunately, most buyers can't separate emotions from reality when they set their price, and they sit here for months, woefully overpriced.
Congrats to the seller and the buyer for what looks like to be a stellar 993 and a great price

I wish more sellers would provide thorough documentation and photos as this listing. I think I could have purchased it without an on-site inspection. Well done, and congrats on the quick sale. Well deserved.
