This car has been in Arizona all its life. Always garaged and never in snow or rain.
Serviced at Porsche of North Scottsdale.
I looked for over a year to find one with this color combo, mileage, Carrera Classic Wheels and in this condition.

This is a pristine, low mileage example of the 997.1 S.

This car has a Fidelity Platinum (exclusionary) warranty which is the best one you can buy from Fidelity. Warranty good through 2019 or 60,000 miles. This warranty is transferable to the new owner.

Since owning the car I have replaced the battery, installed clear side markers, and replaced the water pump preventatively (covered by Fidelity).
The oil was recently changed at 28,500 miles.

The car has Michelin PSS with plenty of tread left.
Prior owner installed a Carbon Fiber wrap on the car, and I was going to remove it, but it has grown on me. The wrap is black and is on the top of the car (see pics), which makes it look a little like a Targa. This wrap can be removed easily.

This car also has a 3M clear bra and it has kept the front and wheel flares in perfect condition.
