This 1979 911 SC Targa is an absolute thrill to drive, and is in truly remarkable condition. The current owner has been in possession of the car for quite some time, and has carefully documented the maintenance of his baby over the years. Along with standard oil changes, and maintenance, the car underwent a ~$17,000 engine build in 2011 by Bill Brewster Automotive in San Clemente, CA (more details below).

honestly? i have no idea... we've had plenty of interested parties from across the country, but not a single person has been here in person or driven the car. this is one of my favorite cars we have on the showroom (and that say a lot considering our current inventory).

What a shame nobody has driven it. I'm a thousand miles away unfortunately so can't get in there to drive it (I'll wire you $20K tomorrow sight unseen, though )

It's kind of strange that you don't have access to a car lift as a car dealer..... How do you inspect any of your cars????

We are a small consignment shop... We don't have a garage/bodyshop, etc. If we have any question about any of the cars we are even considering consigning, we bring it to one of our very trusted garages.

I spoke with the current owner, and he sent me the attached pictures from the engine build in 2011.
