Most of these items including paint have been done since I took over the unfinished project after the previous owner never completed. I have done about 5 or 6 events. The car is in incredible condition. The car spent most of its time sitting at Protosport unfinished waiting for original owners instructions. Any items that I questioned or had concerns about from siting they changed as we completed the project.
I have some spares/extras that I would considers selling at additional costs.
Only selling car for more of a dual purpose track/street car. Might be open to trades.
Last picture shows how I received vehicle and CCW wheels (they are powder coated black now). I have additional pictures for serious individuals.

It has a clean New Jersey Title. I did not register it because I only drove it a few times on the track. There is no interior, radio, heating, ac and the lights and blinkers would need to be hooked up. So the answer is yes, it is street legal but would need some adjustment depending on your state inspection and the creature comforts you desire.
