There's a discussion thread over in the 993 forum. it would be really nice for those amateur market specialists and appraisers to post their nonsense over there, since they have no idea what a 10K-mile Blue Turquoise 993 Cab would be worth. No idea. Especially since there's no recent comparable.
And they have no intention of buying it. Just stroking their ego.

A 1997 993 Cab was listed and sold on Rennlist on 9-11-15. The car was in excellent condition, with comparable equipment and sold for $64,500. It had 39,900 miles. The car in question here has significantly less miles (10,000) with an asking price nearly double the selling price of other cab. As for the blue turquoise color it is obviously a very unique color that in my opinion has limited appeal. And yes, I was interested in the car but decided against it because of price and color.

If this seller's contact info is 213-663-6786 or gtl@cblh.com - here is how he arrived at his asking price.

Always important to know as much about the seller as the car.

But Turquoise Metallic is a beautiful color though

Asking price of $119,990. eBay auction closed at $82,000. My prediction was $75,000 and I was told I was an amateur appraiser stroking my ego. The plain fact, unless you happen to own a cab in one of these "look at me colors", is most cabs bring less money and these unique colors may "rock" but appeal to substantially fewer buyers.

Seller should be happy to take the eBay $82K and run with it.
