For sale or trade, my MB G500. I bought it about 2 months ago for a winter vehicle. After driving it for a little while I find that it is really not my type of car. It has all the service up to date and comes with a stack of service records dating back to 2006. It was used as a winter car by the prior owner as well and he owned it since 2006. The carafe does show that there was a prior accident in 2003 but it was reported to be minor, from the information I gathered it was a car was backed into. Bumper and grill were changed. Both my and the prior owner's PPI showed no significant findings. The big items have all been done recently window regulators, transfer case, tires up to date (including the spare) with about 4000 miles on them.
I also have the original window sticker as well as both keys. The toolkit, cargo cover are also present and intact. I do also have the front plate bracket, but it has not been installed. From what I have read there were not a lot of options available and a lot was standard. For those unfamiliar the car has illuminated door sills front and rear heated seats, navigation (from 2002), CD changer, and auto-dimming mirrors.

It has always been parked inside the garage and indoors at work too. No issues, everything works perfectly.

I am looking for pretty much any fun car, ideally something fun to drive. Not looking for a truck or any SUVs. Also willing to sell the car outright. Title in hand, free and clear.

Please do not hesitate to email for pictures of anything in specific or any information.

Asking $37,500

I also have a notebook with a record of every tank of gas put in the car since my purchase. This includes miles per tank. Total mileage. Estimated mpg. Receipt from gas station.

This of course goes with the car and I hope the new owner will carry on the tradition. :-)

I have a nice 1976 TR6 that I would trade. It is fun but not in the snow. Obviously need to deliver some cash to you as well. Let me know if you are interested.

I love my G63. But they are not for everybody.

I am a nerd so i love them. The small dash and upright windsheild. Fun stuff

I find it to be very slow and unwieldy. Can't navigate traffic well. I am really just not a truck guy as I now clearly found out. I also miss my cayman that I sold to buy this a lot.

I have not had any problems so no dollars. When I bought it one window regulator was questionable and it was replaced (at the dealer) at $600. I have put 4k miles on it and have no repairs.

Mpg- 13.4-5 in the city to and from work. About 16.8-9 highway.
I think that these numbers are higher than what I expected because it is slow and I tend to just go slower when driving it.

this is a good deal, millage is low and color is right.
I had a white one, from expierence they are good trucks, one of the good cars modern mercedes still makes

all of these trucks "eat" window regulators is a design flaw.
plus the potiential rust issue in tail gate which alot have

but its a good truck to buy it will ALWAYS hold its value and is mechanically sound. g500 yes
gl550 hell no

I'd buy it if i needed another truck. The GL btw is one of the worst trucks ever made.

best of luck with the sale and will pass along to a friend who might be interested.

I have always wanted one

The back seats suck which is what always kills me from buying one

Great example car here - not tons left in this condition

there great trucks recomend buying one.
Range rover- suspension issues/ head gasket on jag motor
Cayenne- Early have plastic cooling pipes that break
GL- possible the worst truck ever made.

I think he means because the angle of the back seat- they sit up and dont fold back on an angle.

I'm tall so my knees bang up against the backs of the front seats and the back seat itself is upright

Front seats are great - view from the cockpit is awesome / if I lived in country and had big garage I'd buy this one here

Very cool/capable vehicle to tool around in as long as you realize it's going to get single digit mileage.

I like the back seats as a passenger since the visibility is good. They are also heated in case someone did not know that. I have added more pictures as well. See below.

My parents have one. A 2004 with 178K miles and climbing. They drive it everywhere. It's a real offroad capable truck, locking diffs, rides like an off-road vehicle. Solid like a tank.
