Default 2002 996 TT x50 Tip

Year: 2002
Make: Porsche
Model: 911
Mileage (numbers only please): 42210
Color: Silver
Price (no $ sign please): $45000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing

Body Style: Coupe
Transmission Type: Tiptronic
2 or 4 Wheel Drive?: 4 Wheel Drive
Engine Type: Turbo

I am selling my 2002 Porsche 911 Turbo. This is equipped with the X50 package which increases the HP from the base turbo of 415 to an amazing 450HP from the factory. This motor has not been modified with the exception of an EVOMS V-Flow Air Intake. It is also fitted with H&R lowering springs. When I was originally searching for a 911 Turbo I thought for sure I had to have the 6-speed. Then I drove this car. This thing is so bloody fast! The tip shifts so well and quicker than any but the best drivers could. Plus it's nice to have both hands on the wheel at all times. Another thing to consider when buying a Turbo is that a Tip cannot be over revved ever! The ECU and the Tiptronic control unit simply won't allow this car be driven outside factory tested tolerances. The only way to abuse this drivetrain is to modify the ECU and this one has never been monkeyed with.

Interior is also in excellent condition. This car was originally equipped with PCM navigation which was replaced by the previous owner. I replaced the dated navigation with a Kenwood Bluetooth head unit with streaming capability, IPhone connection, Sirius XM and plays CDs and DVDs

The condition of the paint and body are excellent given the age. I had the front bumper cover recently repainted by a local Porsche restorer who does exceptional work the color match is spot on. The headlights were also professionally re-polished and shine like new. This car attracts attention and I get compliments wherever I go. People can't believe it's a 2002 when I tell them. The reason I am selling the car is I simply don't drive it as much as thought I would and I need to make room for another project. I purchased the car from a friend in the Porsche club when it had 35k miles in May 2012. I have all documentation and service history with a clean Oklahoma title.

$45,000.

Very nice car! I'd like to talk to you about it if you have some time today. I'm in the market for something new/special and your car may be just that.

LOL. That's the best one I've read in a while. FWIW "split", you can buy red seat belts brand new.

I noticed the carbon console. How much carbon fiber is in the interior?

If you have some better and more detailed pics of the interior, that would be great.
