This is a 996 C2 Coupe with LSD, IMS and RMS addressed, race suspension, exhaust, and too many upgrades to list. It is a great DE car that I still drive it to work a couple times per week just for fun.
The previous owner and I have spent a fortune building the car over the last 3 years. I have a 3-ring binder with all service records and over $50k+ of receipts since 2010. Currently the car has 79,xxx miles. This is my first Porsche and I have decided to move up to a 997. This is essentially a street-legal Spec 996 racer and could be converted by gutting the interior and adding a roll bar and racing seat. With work and family obligations, the car only saw 5 days of track time in the last year. For the past 3 years the car has been serviced by two of the best Porsche mechanics in the country, Goldcrest in Atlanta and Ruf Auto Center in Dallas.
The goal was to build a street car that would also be awesome on the track, and we spared few expenses doing so. As you can see from the factory options, excellent condition of the car, and maintenance records we had a great platform to begin.
The car is located in Frisco, TX just North of Dallas.

PM's responded to.
I forgot to include in the ad the work that has been done in the last 2 weeks:
1. New Bridgestone Potenza S-04 tires (235/40/18 - 265/35/18) - $984
2. New Rear wheel bearings + alignment/corner balance - $796
Let me know if there are any questions or if the price is off the mark.
Thanks
Chris

There's been several questions on the replacement motor. I'll share what I know, since the work was performed by the previous owner.
The original engine had an oil starvation issue during a track day and seized up. The owner worked with Goldcrest Motorsports to source a donor motor from an '01 tiptronic cabriolet. The motor had 84k miles on it. They did not crack the case seals and perform a full rebuild. They did a full leak down and pressure test of the motor and it was strong. They replaced the Rear and Front Main Seals, upgraded the IMS with the LNE kit, added new coil packs, plugs, belts, and rebuilt the motor with the existing performance parts. I have a $13k+ receipt from Goldcrest documenting the work performed. This was all done about 5k miles ago in May last year.
Let me know if there are any other questions.

Here are a couple pics of the dash in its current state. I have a replacement ready for the new owner to install. I've decided to hold off, in case someone wants to convert this car to a spec 996 and would not car what the dash looks like. The car is just back from service at RAC and set for a PCA event this weekend. If anyone is in Dallas and wants to takes. Closer look, I'll be at ECR all weekend. I'll try to post some videos after the weekend.
Thanks
Chris

Spring Break bump!
Car performed flawlessly last weekend in a PCA DE. It had no trouble hanging with cars that cost 3-4x's as much. Great performance for the money.

Need to clear the garage for a new 991. Price reduced to $23,000
I realize the market is soft for 996's, but this is a hell of amount of performance for the price. I completed a PCA Track Day at Eagles Canyon last weekend and had no problem lapping cars that cost 3-4x's as much. I can't think of another car you can find for $23k that has this type of performance.
