I bought the car as my ‘fun’ car and have done a few track days. They were at a small, local track and I’d say there are less than 3 total hours from the track- no get-offs or stories.
Factory Options:
•Sport Chrono
• PCM w/ navigation
• Porsche crest in headrests
• Carbon fiber- cup holder area, e-brake
• I may be missing some, let me know if you are curious about something specific.
• I have all the books and both keys
Since I got the car I have added these items:
• Europipe EP1 (have stock)- best mod of them all
• Full front Xpel Ultimate clear bra- bumper, hood, fenders, A-pillars, mirrors and partial roof. I didn’t want any more chips than I already had.
• GMG lowering springs (have stock). Rides much better than stock.
• GT2 rear sway bar (have stock).
• Dension 500SBT for ipod, Bluetooth, USB
• HRE 590RS wheels- 20”- (came with the car when I bought it. I also have the original wheels which are near perfect). These wheels sell for roughly 7,200 new. They also have TPMS added.
• Tires are 325- back, 255 front
•I replaced the temp control module- the original had peeling switches which I couldn’t stand. So now there are no sticky or peeling ***** on the temp control or radio (also replaced).
Maintenance:
• I just had HRE refinish the wheels as the chrome outers of the wheels were starting to peel a little and pit. I upgraded these to the polished stainless steel so they won’t have all the issues of chrome. I touched up the black paint on one of them as well which had chipped. This cost 2,200.
• New front tires on the HRE’s.
• Recent oil change, trans, differential and clutch fluid. I believe in changing fluids well before the recommended intervals.
• It had its 30K service done, including spark plugs.
• I have all the service records from the original owner as well as mine.
• It just got detailed and paint corrected so there are no swirls and it looks great.
Condition of the car:
Overall the condition of the car is excellent. No accidents, dents or scratches. There are the rock chips which I mentioned but they aren’t that noticeable. The interior is nearly perfect aside from normal wear on the driver’s side bolster.
This price does not include the HRE wheels or Europipe but they can be negotiated. The stock parts will come with the car in addition to the other mods. Call, PM or email me with questions. Clint- cbwell at gmail dot com. 512-699-3578

Thanks for the kudos. I really don't see much of a difference between the 20's and 19's on the road. The ride is probably a little rougher but marginally so. On the track, I definitely like the 19's better.

Agree with you, you will probably regret selling it, great car. I think the 997.1 will soon be very demanded cars. I have a 991 and wonder how the direct injection engines will handle the carbon build up issue. I am not talking only about P cars, but any DFI car.
The 997.1 turbo can be tuned to 600hp without worries, that is a lot of power.
