This looks like a great deal and I'm surprised nobody has snapped it up yet. It might help if you crop out the huge puke puddle in the first picture though. It's a bit of a turn off... Everything else looks clean though!

What was the date of manufacture, shown on the black sticker? If it's an early 2005 model year (before Feb 2005), then it is likely an M96 engine. If it is a later 2005 MY, then it is likely an M97. I say "likely" because this is not 100%.
You should be able to call Porsche North America (800-PORSCHE) and give them the VIN and they can look up whether your car has an M96 engine and whether it is on the "affected list" meaning it's covered by the class action lawsuit settlement, in which case you may be entitled to some money from Porsche if the IMS fails within 10 years of the in-service date.
