Upgraded front bumper cover to S version (OEM Porsche parts) to allow for installation of center radiator (not installed).
Only 58,000 carefully driven miles. Always garaged, no dents or dings, never tracked or raced, meticulously maintained (oil changes every 5k miles), never wrecked. Continental tires have approximately 70% tread remaining. No curb rash on the wheels, just a few small nicks on one wheel. Seats in great shape with no wear on driver's bolster.
Imperfections: The finish on the A/C fan speed switch is a little worn (common issue for 987s), there is a star in the windshield at bottom of passenger side (fixed), a few small chips in the paint on the driver door (touched up), and the top has a two small chafe spots (cosmetic only, also common on Boxsters).
Service in the last 8 months: New clutch (Sachs), throw-out bearing, pilot bearing, pressure plate, resurfaced flywheel, new water pump (Porsche) and low-temp thermostat, flushed and replaced coolant, replaced rear main seal (RMS) with upgraded design (preventative; wasn't leaking), new gearbox oil (Porsche), new spark plugs, replaced engine drive belt, oil change (Motul 5W40), new engine air filter and cabin air filter, A/C recharge, flushed and replaced brake fluid. Needs nothing.
This late-build 987 Boxster (April 2005) was built at Porsche's home factory in Stuttgart, Germany (not Finland, where many Boxsters are manufactured under contract). It was built after the factory transitioned from the problem-prone M96 IMS bearing design found in the 986 cars to a new, more robust M97 engine IMS bearing. This Boxster has the later, improved M97 IMS bearing.
Hate to part with this beautiful machine, but I need to thin my automotive herd.

Quick service update:
1) replaced water pump (preventative),
2) added low-temp thermostat,
3) flushed and replaced coolant,
4) flushed and replaced brake fluid,
5) replaced elastic straps that guide convertible top into side channels (common issue) with heavy-duty elastic.
Excellent condition and ready for a new home!
