Reason for the switch was due to cost of maintenance. Carbon rotors last forever on the street, but when you track them, they wear down very fast. PFC steel rotors last just as long, but are extremely cheaper than carbon rotors.
PFC rotors are the best rotor for the price in the world of DE's. Izzone and Trakcar originally did all the research, and now PFC rotors is what everyone uses for tracking (Or the majority at least). Affordable and last forever. As for the rears, getting high end rotors is overkill, so again, everyone uses factory Turbo rotors as they are cheap, and good quality.

If you buy the car and want PCCB's for it, I have a set that has almost no use on them.
