The car was purchased last year at BMW of Berkeley, CA with 72,000 miles, completely stock. The owner did a few upgrades:
Suspension - 3pc wheel (bought from Thacher) Bilstein Coilovers, walrod bushing. (Installed at RMG Enterprises in Sunnyvale, CA)
Body - OEM Turbo S Chin Spoiler, OEM Turbo S spoiler, Gert's Litronic Headlamps, Gert's Turbo S Front air duct/fog lamp.
Paint - Done by United Auto Collision Center in Burlingame, CA.
Interior - FVD steering wheel with Paddle shift. Carbon Fiber was from Marcus Buhler.
The owner still have all the stock parts, wheels, split grill, steering wheel, etc. I'm not sure if price is included with the stock parts but any potential buyers can deal with him directly. Car located in San Francisco.
Thanks
Kenny

I thought it was the other way around since the Tips are much rarer!

IMO +/- wing won't be a deal breaker as far as sale. It's the tip that really hurts. If I was buying it I would want to have the option on the parts. Question is do you throw in the parts or add a few thousand on top of the price??
Either way it's a great car and will make someone very happy!

I would take it back to stock and sell the parts separately. Pss9/10's, carbon parts, steering wheel will bring back several thousand after the car is sold. Otherwise they will basically be given free. However, I would leave the wing and other painted parts and offer the new buyer to choose stock or the wing etc and then if they want both they can buy them for additional. Just my opinion.

From selling mine, I can tell what people said.
Nobody ever wanted to pay extra for mods. Sold my Susp separately for decent $, there is a high demand. Not many buyers for your Tip Steering wheel. I had original Speedlines that buyer didnt want. Sold them for good $ until I shipped them, packed well by professional but UPS damaged 3 of them badly. Its easier to sell for less. after. I would be interested in Buying then.
