Where is the car currently located? I see Texas plates but a southeast listing.

Also, what conditions are the seats in? Could you post some pictures of the interior? I see something odd with the dash, but it might just be a piece or carpet, but I can't tell for sure. Is that top of the dash cracked from the sun/heat, or is it in good shape?.

The car is in the Atlanta, Ga. area.
The seats are in very good condition.
The top of the dash has a couple of small cracks, so there is a dash cover that looks like carpet, but otherwise, the top of the dash is in very good condition.

 

What does your shop say about the very very minor oil leak? Location? Cause? Cost to fix? Looks like a well maintained car from your photos. What side of Atlanta do you live? North?
