Clean car. I don't let it sit so mileage may vary. I believe I'm the third owner. I bought it from a guy who bought it from his cousin. I have all maintenance records. Never tracked. I love this car, moving to a new home the wife wants. So the GF has to go.

I know 996TT are going for about $33k to $37k. Please look at upgrades before you ask why. You basically have most of the 60k service done for a 55k car.

Oh BTW absolutely no oil leaks. No issues .

What I've done to it:

Put about 5k miles after I got it.
Brand new tires 2k miles.
will change oil this weekend.
New Hawk brakes, 2.2k miles. Smooth no squeaks.

Upgrades:

GT2 Turbos
sport exhaust Louder muffler AWE tuning headers. air mass sensor,
GIAC Chip flash programmed with flash loader.
Brand new clutch around 4k miles on it (by Pat williams).
Porsche Short shift kit about 1k ago not the GT version. I like it better for street driving.

Now for the defects:
1. The remote key fob stopped working 3 weeks ago. I guess $400 for new one with programming.
2. Broken center console lid. ($14 for replacement hinge)
3. Minor scratch on back of driver seat, while lifting my back pack.
4. Needs passenger side front running light bulb, have it just haven;t put it in.
5, Needs security light cover on center of dash. It just keeps popping out. I guess the tab is broken.
6. Minor dash rattle, pretty normal for these cars. I took the suggestion from reenlist, just turn up the volume on the radio.

I will update the post if I think of anything else. Detailed pics on request.
