My CPO 2007 997.1TT 6sp is for sale. I just got married and my wife can't drive a stick so it has to go, much to my disappointment. I purchased this vehicle from a local Porsche dealership 5 months ago and it was inspected and certified with no issues. It has a clean carfax, all the important options, and a completely stock engine. The car had brand new Michelin PSS tires when purchased and they have 1200 miles on them.
When I purchased it I took it to Cartunes of Atlanta and requested upgraded electronics for a more modern look and to sound like the Burmester system in the newer cars. They have also added the Blinder W905 quad sensor laser system and hardwired Escourt 9500 ix. The end result looks very stock, retains steering wheel controls, and sounds absolutely stunning. I have all receipts and it is under full warranty. Here are the original options from the build sheet:
BSEMDL BASE 911 Turbo 122,900.00
TOPCLR X1 Arctic Silver Metallic .00
INTERI AT Black Full Leather Interior .00
OPTION CPU Key pouch leather 95.00
OPTION EAD Carbon Package Switch Panel 2,700.00
OPTION M6A Black Mats - Porsche lettering 115.00
OPTION XMJ Rear section of centre console 1,625.00
OPTION XSC Porsche Crest on headrests 270.00
OPTION 342 Seat heating (front) 480.00
OPTION 453 Carbon Str Whl Multifctn 620.00
OPTION 640 Sport Chrono Package 1,840.00
OPTION 803 Interior package Carbon 890.00
OPTION 692 Six Disc CD Autochanger 650.00
OPTION X69 Outer door-sill guards in carb 780.00
OPTION 425 Rear windshield wiper .00 BDYCLR
X1 Arctic Silver Metallic .00
Retail Price 133,915.00
Cartunes added the following in November 2012:
Alpine INE-Z928HD
Nav-TV MOST HUR (Retains steering wheel volume and track controls)
Alpine Backup Camera
Sirius XM Tuner
Alpine PDX-V9 Amp in stock location
Focal 100KRS K2 Power 4" Component speakers
JL Audio ZR800-CW Component woofer in doors
2 x Alpine 8" Subwoofers in custom enclosure
Blinder 905 quad head system
Hardwired Passport 9500ix
Full LED interior and exterior lighting from Maxspeed motorsports
Matching LED Fog lights
Clear corner markers from Suncoast
Total cost including tax and installation $9897.91
I have more pictures and can show the car locally if needed. Again this car is perfect with no stories and was only driven 1200 miles and garage kept since I purchased it in August of 2012. My life situation has changed and I am forced to sell my vehicle so this is a great opportunity for someone to pickup a beautiful 997tt with upgraded electronics, CPO for 18 months, amazing Burmester like sound, minor cosmetic and lighting mods, and a stock engine.
This car is priced more than fairly and I am firm so kindly please do not ask what the lowest I will take is or make absurd offers as these messages will not be returned. If you have a genuine interest please reach out to me and we can discuss.
Kris

what do you all think of a 60K mile Turbo? Is it a lot of miles or are these cars bulletproof. The price is great, but are the miles high if I intend to drive 15K miles a year as a daily driver with a few fund DE days?

I like it.
Check carfax to get a subjective "history" , possibly local P dealer to get service history, PPI, etc.
Well priced, decent options, and color combo plus CPO for another 18 months. Stereo system/Nav ALOT better than the OEM version. And back up camera.
GLWTS.

The miles aren't a problem especially with the cpo full warranty for two more years. It had the 60k mi service performed as part of the cpo process which would have cost 1200 bucks. This car has a pristine interior as well. If anyone is local come check it out and let everyone know.

great looking car, I believe most here forget that we are talking about a Porsche and not a Fiat.
These cars are bullet proof, specially 3.6 Turbos and on top of it, CPO for peace of mind.
