Forsale - My beautiful pampered Guards Red 964 Turbo
53,728 Miles
Located in Minneapolis, Mn.
This car has been gone through with a fine pick comb, inside and out. The car has had a complete engine and transmission rebuild/reseal at 51,900 miles ( performed by AutoEdge) Which included -
1. R&R of Engine and Trasnmission
2. New Crank Pulley - Original bent
New crank pin
new crank bolt
new exhaust flange gasket
new throttle cable
3. Replace alternator and accessory drive belt and idler pulley- Alternators bearing bad
New alternator
New cooling fan hub
New belt idler
New accesory drive belt
4. Replaced leaking Intermediate shaft cover and thermostat housing o-ring
5. Re-seal leaking vent hose
6. Replaced power steering drive seals and p/s supply and return hoses
7. Replaced transmission input shaft seal, replace clutch pivot shat and bushings.
8. New clutch and flywheel
9. Adjust valves
New valve cover gasket set
10. Re-seal transmission
New transmission gasket set
11.Clean and Degrease all residual oil on engine assembly.
This car is 100% leak free. The engine is like a new 964 turbo. Purrs like a kitten and roars like a beast!
I also spent quite a bit of money on detailing, getting the GR back to perfect and the interior to look like new. My detailer worked his magic and this car is nothing short of breathtaking. Talk about a head turner or a car where no matter where you go, someone always wants to talk to you about it
I've done a few other mods to the car. Mostly for looks and a bit for performance. Everything I have done is reversable. I didn't want to do things to this car so that if I or someone else wanted to bring it back to stock, they couldn't. All of the parts that were taken off of the car will go along with the new owner.
These modifications include -
H&R Street fully adjustable coilovers
Full alignment
CCW LM5 Wheels W/ 24k gold ARP bolts -18x9F and 18x11R W/ Hankook V12 225/40F abd 285/30R
Complete 10 hour detail( Interior and Exterior to refresh paint and interior)
Forge Stainless Diverter Valve
Carbon Interior Dash Kit
New shifter and Boot
Cat Delete
Custom Exhaust
Interior goodies by Redline
Alpine CD - am/fm radio w/ ipod adapter wired through into the glovebox
kicker door speakers with stock grills installed over them
Kicker rear 4x6 speakers with stock grills installed over them
I'm sure there are a few other things I have forgotten, but that is the just of it for now.
I do also have a set of mint black leather Recaro Pole Position seats with Southtbound sliders and mounts. These can be negotiated into the sale. If the buyer is not interested. They will be forsale seperately.
Now on to the pretty pictures
I just realized that I don't have any great pics of the interior. So, I went out and snapped a few with the flash I'll get some good pics tomorrow along with the engine and bonnet
All documents and papers willl be included with the sale..
Optional seats that could be worked into the sale...
Car is absolutely immaculate. I hope whoever buys it, loves it and takes as much pride and joy into owning it as I have
