It was built for club racing but after seeing drivers bumping into eachother they decided not to
3.8L turbo, a run on the dyno showed almost 400HP
Original owners (Bob and Sara Dawson some of you may know them from DE's over the years)
Well over $300,000 invested with the purchase of the car
They have been hanging on to it as a back up track car to their GT3, and taken it out for drives on a regular basis

Here is a list of all the work done, not including maintenance
Kettler MotorWerks
3.8 (3748cc) conversions pistons and cylinders. Each p-c was taken apart carefully and matched ring end gap clearances etc… Drop test all pistons and find best match.
Rebuilt cylinder heads and maxed the valve spring package -1.5 to coil bind.
Replaced stock rods with Carrillo rods and clearance oil pump drive for rods
Lapped countershaft gear
Reset parallelism in chains.
Set cams (stock cams) to 1.15mmon overlap
B-B headers
Fab brackets to re set turbo
Andial intercooler
Solid flywheel-clutch parts from GT2
Changed ratio on cooling fan belt - more aggressive.
Stock boost limit.
Made fueling device for fuel injection… Used boost signal + throttle requirement+ closed loop to activate 7th (cold start) injector. This fuel was routed from the system pressure for the CIS. It operated at 75% duty cycle when on

Remove seats, all interior panels, and carpet. Remove all carpet padding and strip body of all glue, pad residue, and sound dampening. Replace roof with a non-sunroof top. Install full roll cage. Install front and rear spoiler on bumpers. Replace rear engine lid with 3.8RSR wing and added GT2 Evo Banana wing. Paint cage, and car. Installed RS America door panels.
Remove fuel tank and replace with 27 gallon race safe fuel cell. Installed fire suppression system in cabin. Installed quick release steering wheel.
