Thank you for the compliment. I priced the car based on what I paid for it and a few of the upgrades I have added (PSS10s and GT2/GT3 wheels). What it comes down to, I believe, is where will you find a 2004 TT (1 of 298) with this many options ($165K MSRP), exceptional condition, rare color (white) with a Porsche CPO for less? The market appears to have bottomed out and the good 996 TTs are climbing. Yes, you can buy a more common, less optioned turbo for less but this is a rare car and I would say one of the nicest in the country.
Price is always negotiable, but as I have referenced earlier in this thread, there is a 2005 Turbo that is not nearly as clean with much fewer options for $68K and no CPO for sale locally.

The very nice ones, yes. Just like most Porsche models they bottom out after a period of time and then the cleaner examples begin to climb.
