I guess it does look like carpet in the picture.... I had them put down extra flake for traction but it is a real problem if you drop a fastener, etc. It is impossible to find anything small on the floor without sweeping it with your hand.

As a reference for my asking price, here is a 2005 Turbo Coupe with an original MSRP of $138K, now at $68,996 with no CPO. I have seen the car in person and it is not as clean as my car even with 7,000 fewer miles. My car had an MSRP of $165K and the exact same equipment that make this an S and $27K more in options from Porsche and a CPO warranty through April 2014.

Trade? (yes I am serious)

Would make awesome GT track car and I'm considering a TT for a DD and occasional track stint.

I have had a number of inquiries on my car but no actual offers to purchase so far. I have someone coming to look at the car tonight in Denver who saw my ad on Craigslist. Also, I found a GT3 at a local dealership a couple of weeks ago and am considering trading my Turbo for it this Saturday. I am getting very close to a deal with the dealership with the tax benefit but I would rather sell her to a Rennlister. So, I just wanted to give a heads-up to anyone who may be on the fence that your window is closing.
Thank you!
Thank you!

I decided not to trade the car on the GT3 after reading so much about RMS failures; appears inevitable on all 997 GT3s and the warranty was running out in December. I am looking for an outright sale at this point due to a business opportunity. I have had lots of interest but no cash in hand. I have seen a few other 2004 TTs pop-up that are not nearly as nice and lacking my options and a CPO for close to what I am asking so I will just wait and see. In the end, I know I have one of the best examples in the country and will just keep enjoying her for now.
