1998 993 C2S, black over black, same owner last 12 years. No point to discuss merit of this model, if you were not already aware of that you would not be here. 58,500. Maxxed out with the pics here, more and higher res at http://www.flickr.com/photos/59697196@N08/

Excellent interior and exterior, no accidents. Mechanically strong. 30k service done last year, no problems. Maintained by Midwest Eurosport + Becker Services, Naperville, IL. Professionally detailed last 4 years, previously maintained with Zymol products.

Brake fluid / oil change every spring religiously. Moved to Brad Penn oil after Mobil cut the zinc in their synthetic . No rain, never, ever salt, a few DE sessions over the years.

Whether you like the big butt look or are a sporting driver, it makes no difference. Currently sporting a carbon fiber MA Shaw aero II wing and the original retractable twin grill spoiler is included.

75% rear tread left 50% front tread left, 30% brakes left front, 40% rear brakes. All original manuals, tool kit, spare etc. included. PPI on your dime, should you want one, otherwise contact my service mechanic.

Factory options - sunroof, power seats, leather, cassette, Factory sport muffler w/ wide oval tips, Drive Block alarm

Mods: MA Shaw front brake air ducts w / fogs (original fog lights included)
MA Shaw carbon Aero II wing and front spoiler (original twin grill retractable included), Kinesis K28 wheels (saves +/- 7 lbs per wheel unsprung weight)
Dach X cross cat converter - original cat available if you want it
Light weight fly wheel (original included) Fabspeed Carrera Cup carbon air box (original included)
Front Strut brace, Steve W chip, Eichbach springs

****passes State of Illinois Emissions, last tested 9/20/12, certified for 2 years.

These mods had four purposes while making no other sacrifices It was a success!
1) improve throttle response 2) reduce weight 3) enhance horsepower 4) improve exhaust sound

A stunning, sexy and very strong 993 wide body slightly improved to get closer to its fullest potential. See no reason why everything is not a condition “9” except for the wear on the tires, brakes and slight wear on rims.

Teenagers needing cars puts me 2 stalls short next year.

PM's or emails are best, this ain't Farcebook - what else can I tell / show you?? jbarzyk@wideopenwest.com Thanks for looking!

That really looks like a nice car! I'd be totally in, except for the color. I just can't do black anymore. Very, Very nice! Mark me down as still lookin, GLWS.

Clean looking, well mod'ed example. GLWS.

Or buy the teenagers 2 smart fortwos or 2 Fiat 500 or 2 Toyota iQs (both park in one stall, or better yet have them outside, don't spoil them, scrapping windows builds character) and keep this nice example for yourself.

No way in God's green earth my alpha male son will drive anything practical. Only if you have had teens + a P car can you empathize with the mental agony of parting with a treasured 993 for the sake of their transportation, but U gotta do what U gotta do.

Guys who use the car on the track a lot turn the tach so that the needle is at about the 12 o'clock position (easily visible) when the engine is nearing red line, indicating that it is time to shift.

Great looking car. I did not know Becker Services worked on Porsches. I'm not too far from there myself. GLWS!
