Details: Clear bra covering most of the car so despite the track miles this is a super clean car with no dings or dents and very good paint. It did however hit a tire wall (low speed hit) at Laguna Seca and needed some dent repair on one of the rear quarter panels. The repair was done flawlessly and it's impossible to tell which side had the work done. Before I bought the car I asked a 3rd party about the damage and was told it was minimal. Basically a pop out dent, fix the wrinkles and paint. Because of the mileage, the paint work and the track miles the price is very low considering the model, the color and mods. Again the previous owner Mike (mikymu) took fabulous care of this car and he has lots of threads about the mods he did. If you check his previous post you'll find lots of information and pictures detailing the mods etc... that he performed.
This was Mike's 1st track car so most of the track miles during his ownership are in the beginner and Intermediate level run groups. I took it to the track 4 times (splitting time with my RX7) and Mike probably had 25 to 30 weekends on it. So I'd conservatively estimate 6k track miles on the car.
Trans shifts great engine pulls hard. I ran a 2.05 (R6s) at VIR (pushing hard) and a 1.21 (R6s) at Summit (just cruising).
ALL STOCK PARTS ARE INCLUDED but the the stock wheels and factory PBBC front and rear rotors (steel rears and steel cup car fronts). Sticker on this car was 145k or so. Basically every option.
See pictures in the 997 GT3 section (page 7): https://rennlist.com/forums/997-gt2-...000-miles.html
I'll post more pictures here as time permits.

Lower Price $76,500
Someone checked the car out today so I had the pleasure of driving it into work and let me say this is an AWESOME car and is an absolute steal at this price.
RMS is still not leaving any spots on the garage so again the leak is very small.
I'm signed up for Zone 2 in March and plan to add susp parts on Monday 2/13/12 so the current price at 76,500 is good until then.
I don't want any phone calls unless you've done your homework and know what you're buying. There's not an RS in the country that compares to this car at this price and if there is please post the link here. Even back door deals don't get this good.

Regarding removal of rubber from the clear bra, try the 3M Adhesive Remover. Works very well for me. Nice ride and good l=pictures from VIR. Hope it sells soon! Otherwise looks like you will be at Zone 2 next month.

Thanks for the compliment she's a looker for sure.
I'm not sure who put the sticker on but knowing the previous owner (forum name mikymu) I'd bet he put it on. He did all the mods himself including the diff.
Thanks for the info and I'll see you at Zone 2 in either the FD or the GT3.
Kenny at Werkstatt hooked me up with some citrus stuff that works really well I just need to put it to use along with installing the interior etc.... clearly I'm not in a hurry to do much of anything with this car though
