NO accidents! (One car-fax report from cop who claimed I bumped into a car while parking...but there was no contact! WTH!? NO damage on either car, so it was thrown out in court, but remained on the car fax report!)

Vehicle has been inspected for Porsche Certified status by Tischer Porsche, and has a few items that would disqualify it. They are minor items, so for the right price I am willing to have all items repaired (as much as possible).
