**** shipping. Drive that sassy little thing 3k miles cross-country, and rub it in the face of all those who prefer to sit in the car inside the garage and go "VROOM! VROOM!".

OMFG.
if you want a car buy the car.
when there's ADM ppl complain
when there's no ADM. you wonder why
shipping is $3000 tops coast to coast. it's nothing.
brett, next time just call me.
I don't mind have 2 or 3 of those

Yes, I think ADM is disgusting.
No, I don't have an issue with $3K to ship the car.
ADM, it keeps these amazing machines off the track and sitting in a garage.
The $3K to ship is not an issue. This store is obviously not asking for ADM, so that's really stand up of them.
The real issue is explaining to my wife why we need another 1/4 Mil $ machine when we already have a few.
Didn't mean to upset anyone. I was asking about shipping costs because I've never bought a car that was 3000 miles away.
The car is apparently sold, so it's a "moot-y" point regardless.
Sorry if my posts offended you. Not my intent. No reason for the attack. I was asking because buying a car that is 3000 miles away is a new thing to me.
Maybe when I get to your level of experience with these things, I won't sound like such an a$$hole when I ask questions.
Again, sorry for ruining your morning.....

Burning Brakes
Mooty has been on the scene for many years and is fortunate to have experienced more Porsches than most on the R'list Boards. It is well known that everyone who posts a car for sale gets a litany of responses from those who have no intention of buying. It is such a common occurrence that sometimes, an individual with an honest question is swept up with the rest of the posers that just want to fill the thread with useless comments. Those that know have requested the moderators to cut back on the usual chatter but to no avail. Additionally, Mooty has quite a sense of humor and entertains many with his comments but sometimes, as in this case, he just loses his patience. Don't take it too hard..........

It's all good. If you are referring to my questions, well, I am very serious about picking up up a 3RS for a new track toy, but I am just not experienced with spending $250K without ever seeing the item I am buying. That's all I was asking. I am not posing, I am not busting *****, I am not trying to upset anyone. I am very serious about getting one of these great cars for track use. I have a lot to learn as I do not have Mooty's experience with these things and buying them sight unseen.
That is all my questions were about.

It's your money and it's important that you have a certain comfort level before pulling the trigger on any vehicle purchase.
Good luck on your journey.
