I got some uber clean 964 and 964RS here. 150 for a clean regular c2 is not unheard of ;-). when I mean clean I mean CLEAN clean. not for sale yet.

I would feel absolutely bummed out if I had to sell mine for $150K. I would even have to think seriously if I was offered an average 964RS for a trade.
With that in mind.. buyers may not see it that way.. which makes timing crucial in such sales.
