We have been using this car for developing and fitting new LN Engineering and Bilt Racing Service parts. Vehicle has been fully inspected and serviced:

Brake flush
Oil change (including dropping sump for inspection)
PDK fluid and filter service
Alignment
Tires have a good amount of tread
Brakes are also in good shape.

Higher mileage, but Gen 2 Caymans are very reliable. This car has mostly highway miles according to what was reported by the previous owner. Never tracked. Only has fine chips from road debris on front and sides in front on rear wheels. Car is nicely optioned with headed and cooled seats (rare option).
