I really have no idea on any type of finders fee. Personally I hate that the dealer is charging a premium at all. The only GT3 Touring I can find listed is one in Stuttgart and they seem to be asking $244,000 for it. Whatever is equitable. My apologies. I also fixed the listing to reflect the model year and price. Not sure how those got messed up. This is my first posting.
Your ad is still very confusing. Is the $206,000 price the dealer price including the premium? Also have you confirmed that the dealer will let you give/sell it to a third party?
If this is a California car, you’d be better off just walking away and letting the dealer sell it. There’s no way you’ll get more than $35k over for that car.

I have 2 degrees in engineering and this stuff is way too advanced for me. I maybe getting old, still can’t figure out what this ad is about. Car on order for a friend, getting here too soon, friend doesn’t want it, he’d rather wait longer? no idea what finders fees are, hate the dealer markup but happy to take a cut for a friend I’m helping who no longer wants the car that is arriving too early. Build was $170k and German cars going for $240k - is this a for sale ad or just an ad for legalized marijuana ?
OP is trying to sell something, but only if you buy something. The selling price will be determined after you buy said something. Money may be exchanged, but will only take place in Stuttgart because that way the YEN has a better exchange rate against the TZS (google is your friend on this one.) Title of the something will not pass after the sale unless the sale occurs earlier or sooner. Shipping is included from Stuttgart to Stuttgart.
