you may be over stating your situation slightly. most people looking for these cars are in the same situation as you claimed.. no one is getting a bank loan for a 993 or 964.. everyone here is buying with cash

my sincere apologies as any perceived or actual overstatement of the situation was not my intend.

Hi,
Saw your ad yesterday and yes, I understand many in line to purchase. Should buyer fail to perform, I am able to purchase without issue.
Thank you

Not sure how to quantify that statement....but I will leave that to the buyer. Car is @ the dealership getting as PPI at the buyers request. I have a feeling he will like what he gets back. Im sure he will share the findings...

Contacted seller within minutes and the car was spoken for. Congrats on seller a great car at a great value. My opinion is the days of over-hyped new models commanding over-MSRP are coming to an end (unless something is truly rare and special). Have a new GT3 on order and plan on driving it. It was not a financial investment but and investment in “fun”.

Driving these cars outweighs any gains in value...IMO

Wasn't Their Car & Naturally they made the Experience anything but good, But even Sleaze like them find a Good car now & then.
The Car is Now in Perfect Mechanical shape (after $14k bill) & Original Paint with GREAT Opts.

Buyer is spot on. The people who sold me this car should be ashamed to call themselves a decent human being..let alone a car dealer. But car has found love with me....been fixed to the highest standards...and has found a new home with an outstanding buyer.
All is well that ends well....
