I'm in the immediate market for a clean, extremely well cared for 997.2 GTS. I've been looking for one since I sold my 991.1 GTS 9 months ago and I'm hoping that someone out there is just waiting for this nudge to sell.
I'm pretty picky, so here's a list of what I must have, and what I'd really like to have.
Must have:
- Dark grey/Black exterior paint: Agate Grey, Stone Grey, Black, etc
- Black interior: Prefer alcantara, but can work with black leather. No Red!
- PDK Transmission: Yep, I'm one of the weirdos that wants this, traffic sucks in Seattle.
- <60K miles
- Full maintenance records
- Clean Carfax
- Center lock wheels
- No added stickers or stripes: the GTS badging is enough
- Paddles, not steering wheel buttons
Really, Really wants:
- Sunroof Delete
- PCCBs
- PTS paint in a dark color, rare dark grey ideal
- Fixed back GT seats, ideally carbon
- Top of the line modifications: Akropovic, Sharkwerks, BBi
- with receipts and stock parts ideally

I've been tossing around the idea of selling mine...
Currently sitting around 47,5xx miles
Brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires and new TPMS and full alignment done ~600 miles ago
Swapped steering wheel (like you, I hate the blocks-- so that had to be done!)
Have the stock front lip (resprayed, in basement) but also the Sport Classic OE spoiler on right now
When I did new front lip, I got brand new side skirts and had them painted satin black too (org were scuffed)
ESCORT 9500ci integrated radar system with laser shift/jam
Preliminary muffler bypass (pipes) (OE muffler in basement, would include obviously)
Car has PSE so it sounded good, but the prelim muffler/cross-over pipes livened it up the extra it needed

I'm located in Cleveland, Ohio USA -- but the local Porsche dealership told me if I ever needed help shipping a car they would take care of me-- so we can probably make that part of the deal.
