The car has had the following maintenance done within the last 10,000 miles:
Front Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires (rears are at around 40% remaining)
Battery replaced
Multiple synthetic oil changes
Last 30,000 miles: (previous owner):
VANOS Refurbished
Coolant System flush and thermostat replacement
Timing chain tensioner
Suspension struts and bushings
Brake lines, drilled rotors, fluid flush
The car does have high miles, there is no doubting that. I am a firm believer that well maintained cars with higher miles are better off than ones around 130k miles because whatever is going to go wrong, already has. This car shows like it has 100k miles and runs that way as well. I truly believe this car has 100,000 miles left or more. It has been a southern car most of its life with no rust.
Last week I did a full paint correction with paint sealant and wax on top. The leather interior had a full Leatherique treatment and looks fantastic.
The car needs nothing mechanically and comes with a folder full of records, the clean carfax report, OEM BMW roof rack system, BMW windshield sun visor, and all OEM parts removed.
All lowball offers will be ignored and I am not looking for a trade or any kind. I have the title in hand for easy, quick transaction. Thanks for reading!

I have never regretting selling a car more than my 2004 330i ZHP...in Mystic Blau Metallic. Such a wonderful car. If it had the Alcantara interior (like mine did), I'd be seriously tempted.
Best DD I've ever owned. GLWS!

I'm in love
im seriously considering this. I had a 03 325xi my father bought as a "gift" I was grateful for. I rode that car for 12 years. Unfortunately at the time bc I couldn't maintain it at a shop due to income reasons I did a lot of my own work. Replaced the vanos cover gasket rear springs (2 person job that I did by myself, I have to show you the crazy contraption i built to make it a 1 person job) 1 control arm. Replaced the alternator brush contacts. The AC hedgehog unit, coolant control valve. So I turned it in for 2k on an S5. And I gave that car up in 6mo! I really wonder where she is and would love to get back in an e46 6speed and 3 liter at that. It'd be like Christmas. Anyway part of the reason I gave it up is because wives suck. That being said I'll have to talk this over with her and get back. Cash is no longer a problem so is love to maintain this car for years to come.

Great car - the ZHP really was a high-point for the E46.
Probably the only thing to look at on this car is if the rear subframe has any cracking or has been reinforced. That's a lot more common on cars with suspension modifications and earlier model E46's - but still worth a look.
Otherwise - these things are running on a tried and tested engine/drivetrain.
