I use this and it works really well.

Tow vehicle is a 2015 Ram 2500 diesel pulling a 26ft enclosed InTech.

I have a Ram Diesel 2500 with a 17K lb trailer carrying 2000 lbs of tongue weight. I have a Reese Class V WD (with upgraded Class V frame Hitch) and sway control. Upgraded to 3500 springs and airbags. Works great.

Agree with jasonfreed on the Anderson. I used one for the first time this weekend on a 24' Featherlite at 7800lb behind a Yukon Denali. Super easy to hookup and great tech support. I drove through 3 storms and figured the wind would push it around, however it was very stable. Pleasant surprise behind that marginal tow machine.

The helper spring (just like the self leveling system/air suspension) only LEVELS the car. A weight distribution hitch puts lost weight (from loading your hitch) back onto the front wheels; which helps reducing sway tendency (picture your front tires up in the air from a lot of tongue weight and it becomes clear what effect loading your hitch and unloading your front axle have).
