Default Cover reflective tape on an enclosed trailer?

I have a small "driveway" in the front of my yard where I park my 27 foot enclosed trailers. The back and sides have reflective tape which catches every glint of light and reflects it back. That's its job, but in an effort to make it fade into the woods where it is parked, I would love it if I could cover it up. The problem is the trailer is aluminum so its not like I can get magnetic vinyl.

To add to the misery, my next door neighbor passive aggressively told me he gets to see my trailer light up whenever a car rolls by.

Anyone have any ideas other than getting a cover for the whole trailer?

just spitballing.... maybe add a pull-out awning on the side that faces your neighbor and leave it "open" but in the down position so it covers the side?

I am going to plant some shrubs but that will only help somewhat.

Maybe bolt/rivit on some steel pins or sheet strips so the magnets will stick?

This is what I would do https://letmegooglethat.com/?q=static+cling+vinyl You might even be able to get it the same color as your trailer.

Sometimes low tech is cheaper simpler better. Silver 2” wide painters tape? Just remember to take it off before you use the trailer.

Not as strong adhesive as duct tape so less likely to damage the reflective tape.

Blue painters tape. Will cover it up, cheap, and easy to peel off without pulling up the reflective tape. Should hold up through a couple of rain showers I think there is even green painters tape if you want it to blend in with your neighbor's shrubs.

Lots of good ideas here. I was most impressed by Matt's passive aggressive way to present his suggestion. Not his suggestion, just the way he presented it.

For the lower sides I think I can actually clip on a plastic strip or something to cover the reflective tape. It is only the rear door, with some of the tape up high, which still confounds me. I might use a camouflage net, although that will be annoying.

I had to think about it for a while. I almost went far enought to use a tinyurl to really hide it.

if regualr tape, the residue will be a problem after summer heat. Wind will be a problem for tarps and things from my experience. Is a small privacy net area possible?

Depending on the angle, could you work in an arbor sort of thing or small privacy fence next to the trailer? Don't plant ivy up it, that crap doesn't stop.
